PATS CUP 2024 APPLICATION

July 13-14, 2024

The registration deadline for Pats Cup is June 19, 2024. Acceptance notifications will be emailed on or before June 27, 2024. Early acceptance may be granted for teams traveling from outside Cal South, with the decision made within one week after receiving the application. Registration does not guarantee acceptance into Pats Cup. If your application arrives without payment, your team will not be accepted until payment is received and space is available. 


Entries submitted on or after June 19th, 2024 will be considered for acceptance provided there is still space in a specific Age Bracket. However, if there is not space, your application will be retained on a wait list for consideration if an accepted team drops out of the tournament. 


To prevent coaching conflicts, please ensure your coaches name is on your application as the Primary Coach for both teams they will be coaching in the tournament. We only avoid conflicts for 2 teams for coaches.  If your coach has more than 2 teams, please note on your applications which teams you would like to avoid conflicts for.  For special circumstances, please contact your tournament director.

REFUND POLICY


A FULL Refund will be made to all teams not accepted.

Refunds will be made if the tournament is cancelled due to weather or Acts of God, but approximately one-third of the entry fee will be retained due to costs associated.

Teams that request a withdrawal after receiving an acceptance notice will not be issued a refund of any kind.

ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT


Payment of the application fee may be made by either Cashier’s Check made payable to PATS CUP or by Credit Card (a convenience fee will be charged for the use of a credit card). Please note: Personal Checks will not be accepted. Our on-line system will accept Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Credit cards will not be charged until the team has been accepted into the tournament. Cashier’s Checks will be deposited once your team has been accepted. The status on your GotSoccer Account will not be ‘Paid’ until your team has been accepted. Applications will not be considered submitted and complete until either a check has been received in our office or a credit card payment has been authorized on or before June 19, 2024 and space is still available.
