The following information is just a “snap shot” of the PATS CUP Rules and Information regarding the Tournament. Please take the time to thoroughly review all sections of this website. This website has been developed to answer all of your questions and hopefully convey to you our desire to afford your team and its family members a truly memorable tournament.

Games will be played in Orange County, CA. We will be using The Great Park and prestigious Irvine city fields 

Each Team will be scheduled a minimum of 3 games.

Finals will be played on July 12, 2026 for the boys, and July 19, 2026 for the girls.

Please register as a 2026-2027 team based on the US Club Soccer Age Groups:

• U19: Aug 1, 2007 - Jul 31, 2008
• U18: Aug 1, 2008 - Jul 31, 2009
• U17: Aug 1, 2009 - Jul 31, 2010
• U16: Aug 1, 2010 - Jul 31, 2011
• U15: Aug 1, 2011 - Jul 31, 2012
• U14: Aug 1, 2012 - Jul 31, 2013
• U13: Aug 1, 2013 - Jul 31, 2014
• U12: Aug 1, 2014 - Jul 31, 2015
• U11: Aug 1, 2015 - Jul 31, 2016
• U10: Aug 1, 2016 - Jul 31, 2017
• U9: Aug 1, 2017 - Jul 31, 2018
• U8: Aug 1, 2018 - Jul 31, 2019

U8 - U10 will play 7 v 7 with 50 min. pool games.

U11- U12 will play 9 v 9 with 60 min. pool games.

U13 - U19 will play 11 v 11 with 70 min. pool games.

Tournament Fees:

U8 - U10 - 7 v 7 - $895

U11 - U12 - 9 v 9 - $995

U13 - U19 - 11 v 11 - $1095

Prestigious team trophy for the Champion as well as individual medals will be presented to the teams finishing in 1st and 2nd place. 

In any age group where there are two or more flights, the tournament committee alone will determine into which group teams will be placed. If you have a preference for a particular flight, please make a note of your request in the application under “flight preference”.

If you wish to APPLY FOR PARTICIPATION in PATS CUP 2026, please follow the on-line registration instructions. Your application must be received by the Tournament Committee on or before June 24, 2026.

Unlimited LOANED PLAYERS will be allowed for all teams. Please see PATS CUP Rules for 2026.

WE WILL HAVE NO COACHING CONFLICTS FOR COACHES WITH 2 TEAMS. IF YOU HAVE 3 OR MORE TEAMS PLEASE NOTE ON YOUR APPLICATION WHICH TEAMS YOU WOULD LIKE TO VERIFY THAT YOU HAVE NO CONFLICTS.

PLEASE REMEMBER THESE IMPORTANT FACTS:

As you complete this application and make your payment online, your application is considered complete and your team will be considered for acceptance into the tournament. Making your payment does NOT guarantee acceptance into the tournament. You will receive confirmation that a payment has been received. This is not an acceptance notification into the tournament. PATS CUP, while trying to be equitable in it’s team selections, reserves complete jurisdiction over the teams that are selected and not selected for whatever reasoning.

This tournament is unrestricted. Teams registered in good standing with any U.S. Soccer Federation affiliate are eligible to apply. The PATS  CUP Tournament Committee looks forward to making your experience at the PATS  CUP a truly enjoyable competition as well as a great vacation.
